I started stubbornsnailswith the main aim of being able to stay at home and look after my newborn, while at the same time do something productive with my time. It is also out of my pure love for craftwork and the sheer satisfaction of creating a gift that someone can give with love and pride, and another person receive with joy and appreciation, that I decided to make diaper cakes my mini home business. It is not to make a huge, fat profit from my diaper cake prices!

 

 

My diaper cake prices reflect the time and thought put into designing and creating each diaper cake into a unique masterpiece. While I try to keep my prices low and utilise my discount cards as often as I can so I can pass these savings on to you, baby clothes and baby items are admittedly more expensive than our own! Baby clothes alone can cost at least $15, baby shoes another $20 and a bib about $8.

 

 

I don't list my prices online because I prefer to work with a customer's budget as a guide. Plus I do not want to turn anyone away with the prices listed. It would be safe to say that a realistic budget will be at least $80 for a one-tier diaper cake. Sometimes a diaper cake with baby items in a particular theme, like cupcakes or an EPL football team for example, may cost slightly more as the "ingredients" will be hard to find, pricey, or not available locally, so I may need to source online or enlist help from friends overseas.

 

 

However, I would still be able to put together diaper cakes for smaller budgets, made entirely of diapers only and decorated with ribbons and flowers, much like these ones:

I would like it to be said that because diaper cakes are still a unique and foreign trend in Singapore,  and because I am passionate and really keen to introduce these one-of-a-kind gift here, I am really flexible and willing to accommodate and cater to your budget requirements.
