It all began with a diaper cake made for a close friend who had just delivered a gorgeous baby girl. With a newborn of our own, I knew diapers would make the perfect and practical gift for the new parents. But simply wrapping up a package of diapers isn't that much fun to give or receive, is it?

 

 

So hubby and I decided to put some diapers together as fun and as creative as they can get, loaded with baby necessities that were sure to be treasured by the new parents... and the reaction we received (from them and the entire hospital ward) was priceless!

 

With diaper cakes being a rarity here still, we wanted others to be able to experience the same joy of giving something so thoughtful and practical, or to the new parents, the warm appreciation of being given something that is useful and enjoyable to receive.

Being  new parents ourselves, we have the fresh experience of knowing what would be most appreciated and be looked forward to by new and expectant parents. We loved receiving beautiful, plush baby blankets that were chosen with love, and adorable baby clothes that were bought with much affection from special friends... and we know how heart-warming it feels to receive such gifts.
